Yes. All DODSC® properties are fully furnished, compliant, and regularly used by service members on TLA and TDY orders near Ramstein.
We provide itemized invoices with VAT documentation accepted by finance offices for per diem and TQSA reimbursement.
TLA (Temporary Lodging Allowance) covers temporary housing during PCS moves (up to 10 days OCONUS).
TDY (Temporary Duty) covers lodging during temporary assignments.
TQSA (Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance) covers longer temporary housing periods (up to 90 days) while you search for permanent housing. We accommodate all three.
